Social survey method is a systematic research approach that collects standardized information from individuals or groups through structured questioning to study social phenomena, attitudes, and behaviors.

We have a well qualified team of experts who bring considerable experience and expertise in the following socioeconomic areas:
  • Baseline Survey
  • Impact Evaluation
  • Project Assessment
  • Performance Evaluation
  • Project Reviews
  • Mid-Term Evaluation
  • Project End line survey
  • Stakeholder analysis

Mode of Data Collection:

  • Face-to-Face (CAPI – Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing): Best for complex questionnaires, low-literacy populations, sensitive topics (builds rapport), long surveys. High cost.
  • Telephone (CATI – Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing): Faster, cheaper than F2F. Declining coverage/response rates (mobile-only households). Limited for visual aids/long surveys.
  • Online (CAWI – Computer Assisted Web Interviewing): Very cost-effective, fast, good for visual/audio stimuli. Major concerns: Sampling bias (internet access/use), lower response rates, lack of control over environment.
  • Mail (PAPI – Paper and Pencil Interviewing): Low cost per contact, anonymous. Very low response rates, slow, risk of incomplete/missing data.
  • Mixed-Mode: Combining modes (e.g., mail invitation + online survey + CATI follow-up) can improve coverage and response rates but introduces mode effects.
