Creative Consultants involvement, structure, and professional staff have been growing. It has at present a full-time professional staff and an adequate number of supporting staff. In addition it has a pool of highly qualified senior advisers in various disciplines to assist it with policy planning, forecasting, evaluation, and research. A number of senior and junior consultants have also been working with it for the last many years.

Creative Consultants is governed by a Board of Directors headed by its Managing Director who is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and manages the affairs of the company.
