Engineer Syed Nurun Nabi brings his extensive experience in the TVET sector, with recent and impactful roles as a writer, editor and translator of textbooks and training modules for NCTB and BTEB ensuring alignment with national curricula and competency frameworks. He also served as a Senior Consultant in a JICA-funded TVET project, contributing to technical education reform and institutional capacity building. Over nearly a decade, he held key positions in government and donor-funded projects, including Assistant Director (Planning and Development) and Deputy Director (Skill Development Projects), playing active roles in project implementation and monitoring. With over 15 years of leadership in TVET institute management, including roles as Head of Department, Principal, and Regional Director, he brings proven expertise in institutional leadership, strategic planning, and program delivery supporting the advancement of technical education across Bangladesh.
